Cédric Bovey accompanied us in a very professional manner for the sale of our apartment, a sale that was not simple given the particularities of the property. We highly recommend his services.

We were satisfied with the services, the support, and the competence of Mr. MEDINA.

We had commissioned Mr. Byas-Perry to sell our villa, but on the condition that he find us a plot of land, still in our village, so that we could build a single-story house for our old age. It was a difficult mission, as plots are rare commodities. We had told him that it was not necessary to present us with buyers if he had nothing to offer us in return. Not only did he find us a plot of land, but furthermore, the seller of this land acquired our property... as they say, "to make two birds with one stone." Well done, Mr. Byas-Perry.

I entrusted the sale of my two apartments located in the canton of Vaud to Mr. Alexandre Traynard. He accompanied me for these sales with a lot of availability and efficiency; the collaboration took place in a cordial atmosphere. He kept me informed of all the visits and was attentive to both the visitors and myself. The sales were completed quickly, given the current situation. I highly recommend Mr. Alexandre Traynard, who proved to be very professional and in whom I had complete trust.

Robin Byas-Perry found us the house that perfectly met our expectations. Her support during the process, which lasted several months, was just right for us; we were in a very reassuring trust relationship throughout the entire transaction period.
