Real Estate Agents in Paudex (1094)

Julia understood our expectations and criteria from the very beginning, which allowed us to find a house that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We particularly appreciated her listening skills, availability, and especially the relevance of her proposals: she perfectly targeted the properties that were likely to suit us, without multiplying unnecessary visits. Her support did not stop at the acquisition. She also provided excellent follow-up afterwards, particularly by recommending quality architects for our projects and remaining available when we needed her. We recommend Julia without hesitation and sincerely thank her for her help in acquiring our home!

We highly recommend Mr. Olivier for his excellent support throughout our real estate project!

We highly recommend Nadia from the real estate company Immis. Her support throughout the sale of our house was simply exemplary. Professional, available, and very attentive, she was able to advise us accurately at every step and manage the entire process with efficiency and transparency. We felt confident from start to finish. Thanks to her commitment and perfect knowledge of the market, the sale took place under excellent conditions. A huge thank you to Nadia for her remarkable work. We would not hesitate to call on her again and recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a property with peace of mind.

A big thank you to Mr. Viel for his support. He has always been top-notch, polite, understanding, and always available when we had a question. We really felt well taken care of. I recommend him without hesitation.

I loved working with Julien Burkhalter for the sale of my apartment in Bournens. Efficient, precise, proactive, and always good advice, Julien demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process. Our exchanges were always smooth, constructive, and enriching. But what really sets him apart is his personality. Julien is an authentic, open, attentive, and deeply human person. He knows how to create a true bond of trust, both with his clients and with potential buyers. A sincere and natural approach that makes all the difference in this profession. I recommend him wholeheartedly and warmly thank him for his excellent work. A great man, in every sense of the word, whom I predict a very bright career in real estate.

We sold a house thanks to Gaedan and we are delighted. The property in question was very atypical - an old building in the countryside to renovate - therefore many people were interested. Gaedan invested a lot of time in the numerous visits, always with the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Due to the extensive renovation work, it was often complicated for clients to envision themselves in the property. For these reasons, several offers did not materialize. In the end, the conditions aligned and the property was sold to the right people. Throughout the process, Gaedan was able to adapt and bounce back. We appreciated his work, his regular follow-up on the file, his continuously renewed energy, and his positive communication, as well as his humor and friendly demeanor. We warmly thank him and will gladly recommend him.
