I am very happy to have worked with Matthieu and Edoardo. Thank you for your excellent work and for your perseverance.

Kathy is an authentic, frank, and sincere person. She works for you before she works for herself. I enjoyed collaborating with Kathy; she was always available, supportive in the selling process, but also in the process of buying a new property. Kathy always answered my questions, shared her insights that made this buying/selling experience very informative. I can only recommend her services.

As a real estate investor based in the canton de Vaud, I have had the pleasure of working with Boris Mateev at Real Advisor SA over the past five years, during which we successfully completed three property acquisitions together. Each investment was carefully selected with a clear objective: stable returns, strong rental demand, and long-term value growth. Boris demonstrated an excellent understanding of the local market, providing data-driven insights and honest assessments that helped us make confident decisions. His ability to identify properties that are both attractive and easy to rent has proven particularly valuable. Today, all three investments are running seamlessly. The rental process has been smooth, vacancy has remained minimal, and the properties continue to perform in line with (or above) our expectations. This level of consistency is exactly what we were aiming for when structuring our portfolio. Beyond his market expertise, Boris is highly professional and detail-oriented. He consistently answers our questions with patience and accuracy, ensuring that we feel informed and confident at every stage of the process. His structured approach and clear communication make complex transactions straightforward and well managed. For anyone looking to build or expand a real estate portfolio in the region with a focus on stable, hassle-free returns, I can confidently recommend his services.

Very good experience. He was able to find the ideal property for us in record time. His professionalism and responsiveness during the sale were remarkable. His follow-up and availability at every stage, especially the post-deal phase, are worth mentioning. I highly recommend him.
