I was able to sell my apartment at the desired price through Real Estate Group Holding AG. My agent David Sahli provided me with competent and good advice. Through professional photographic documentation, my apartment was optimally presented. Viewings were organized early by Mr. Sahli and conducted personally. Thanks to his good communication, I was always aware of how the sales process was progressing. Thank you to Mr. Sahli for the excellent collaboration.

Very personal and close support in all matters. Really great service, thank you very much.

I had my apartment listed with various agents for months, and although there were many viewings, I did not receive a single offer. This changed dramatically when The Swiss Agency Real Estate took over the mandate. Although the company is still relatively new, they approached the sale in a fresh and creative way. They combined their technical and marketing know-how, including social media, digital tools, and unique video stories, to truly highlight my apartment. After just one open house, there were several offers to choose from. Throughout the entire process, the founder Özgür stayed in regular contact, clearly explained each step, and did everything to ensure that everything went smoothly for me and the buyers. He was strongly committed to achieving the best possible outcome for all parties involved. If you want to sell (or buy) and are looking for someone who is innovative, professional, and truly interested in your success, I can highly recommend The Swiss Agency Real Estate.

Ms. Lehner coached and supported me competently, friendly, and personally throughout the entire sales process. Starting with the appraisal of the apartment, through individual advice on the appropriate sales strategy, to valuable little daily tips, she provided me with professional advice and accompanied me on the sales journey. A heartfelt thank you for the great work, Ms. Lehner!

It has always been a pleasure to work with Nicole Tavernier! Her friendly demeanor and expertise have made me feel valued and comfortable as a client. Selling a house on my own was not easy for me. But thanks to the tireless efforts of Ms. Tavernier, especially in communication with the bank or the notary, negotiating with buyers, or dealing with tax issues, everything went quickly and smoothly. I can only recommend her and the entire team at Newprop!
