We would like to express our gratitude to Mrs. Cécile Duboeuf for her attentive and caring support throughout our acquisition journey. We particularly appreciated her great professionalism, availability, and listening skills at every stage of the project. Thanks to her commitment and the quality of her support, we were able to realize an acquisition project that we had been passionate about for a long time. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in a real estate project.

We recently purchased an apartment through Mr. Boiteux. Throughout the project, he demonstrated great professionalism, transparency, and honesty. He always knew how to answer our questions, keep us informed, and support us with seriousness and, above all, kindness. Thanks to his work, we never had any concerns regarding the apartment itself: everything was clearly presented and explained from the start, which gave us confidence. A big thank you to Mr. Boiteux.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Bresolin for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional support! Selling an apartment is an important step in life. It can sometimes be a source of stress, many questions, and complicated procedures. Fortunately, I had the chance to be accompanied by Mrs. Bresolin, an outstanding real estate agent who was able to turn this experience into a true success.

Rudolf Steinwender has my highest possible recommendation. I was introduced to him by my mortgage advisor, when he struck me immediately as discerning, judicious, and extremely well-informed about property and the current market. It was an added bonus that Mr Steinwender spoke fluent English. When assessing the value of my apartment, he presented a generous portfolio of information, including a comparative analysis of like property being sold in my region. This meant we were able to set the sale price at a reasonable and justifiable level. I obtained three other estimates for comparison, and none were as thorough as his. At a separate meeting, he brought a professional photographer to photograph my apartment; these photos were very sympathetic, and caught the grace and charm of the rooms without attempting any false impressions. The text accompanying the photos was also beautifully written, again fully appreciative of the building without distorting exaggeration. The apartment went on the market on a Friday evening, and by 8:30 Monday morning, we had received an offer of the asking price, which I gladly accepted. Rudolf Steinwender thereafter dealt with the prospective buyers, with charm, understanding and tact. He also managed subsequent visits up until the signing of the contract. I had been very apprehensive going into the process, dreading both an agent's hard sales talk and visitors traipsing through my home. With his management, the whole process turned out to be an absolute pleasure, both for the seller and the buyers. Looking ahead, I feel nothing but delight that my apartment is going to such a nice family, and that the transaction was conducted with professionalism and fairness throughout, under Mr Steinwender's excellent guidance.

A huge thank you for your support! I was truly delighted with your services. Your kindness, availability, attentiveness, and professionalism made this experience very pleasant and reassuring. I felt supported and confident at every step. It was a real pleasure to have been able to rely on you! I warmly and wholeheartedly recommend you. Thank you again for everything!

We were delighted to work with Mr. Tissot for the purchase of our apartment. He was always kind, responsive, and fair in all our exchanges. We particularly appreciated his availability and flexibility. He was able to adapt to our schedule by offering several viewings, including in the evening and on weekends. We also greatly appreciated his support throughout the process. Mr. Tissot provided us with very useful information and played an excellent role as an intermediary between us and the real estate developer. We recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a property in the area.

Mr. Bossi demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. He was able to listen to us, understand our needs and constraints in order to finalize this sale. He was always available, even after the sale, to assist us with the various procedures. It was very pleasant to work with Mr. Bossi, whom we highly recommend.
