Real Estate Agencies in Lungern

From the viewing to the signing of the purchase contract - top competent and pleasant support from Mr. Guntli. My absolute recommendation. Thank you very much and please keep it up! 👏

Mr. Zingg accompanied us throughout the entire apartment purchase and guided us through the process. We were very satisfied with his advice and found him to be extremely flexible. Thank you very much.

Mr. Bachmann sold our house about 8 years ago and now our parents' apartment. He is a very dedicated, pleasant, patient, and "sensitive" professional. He was always there for us when we had questions. We can highly recommend Mr. Bachmann.

With Mrs. and Mr. Ludwig and the entire realsmart team, the passion for real estate is truly palpable! We were professionally advised at all times from the first viewing appointment to moving into our dream home. All our questions were answered quickly and competently, allowing us to recommend realsmart without reservation. It is clear that here, customer satisfaction is prioritized over profit maximization.

It was a pleasant collaboration, Mario Schmucki is competent, reliable, and also very nice. You can tell the great experience and the precise knowledge of the local market. Questions were always answered clearly. We would hire him again at any time, thank you Mario!

From the previous collaboration on several sales transactions and evaluations, I can unconditionally recommend Mr. Bütikofer. The very thoughtful and coherent arguments and answers to my questions were enormously valuable to me as a layperson. The same applies to the notary he chose for the certification. Anytime again!

With the solid experience and professional approach, the sale of the apartment was handled quickly and successfully. As stated in the brokerage contract, we were always informed about all steps and accompanied from A to Z - up to the signing at the notary and the handover of the apartment to the buyer. Everything went wonderfully and on time. We owe great thanks to Sascha Saxer from Saxer Immo for his extremely serious and reliable work.

We can recommend Mr. Trachsel and Mr. Külhan, both professionally and personally. We would have liked to provide our own photos for the sales dossier, or to receive more options from you. We thank you for your support.
