I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with Boris Mateev! He did an absolutely remarkable job from start to finish. He was incredibly patient with all my questions, always available, responsive, professional, and attentive to my needs. He was present at every step, always reassured me, and took the time to explain things clearly. His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to his clients made all the difference. Thanks to him, an experience that could have been stressful was much simpler and more enjoyable. I felt accompanied, supported, and confident throughout the process. I recommend him without hesitation! If you are looking for an exceptional, reliable, patient, knowledgeable real estate agent who truly cares about his clients, look no further. I am truly grateful to have had the chance to work with him!
Julia understood our expectations and criteria from the very beginning, which allowed us to find a house that perfectly matched what we were looking for. We particularly appreciated her listening skills, availability, and especially the relevance of her proposals: she perfectly targeted the properties that were likely to suit us, without multiplying unnecessary visits. Her support did not stop at the acquisition. She also provided excellent follow-up afterwards, particularly by recommending quality architects for our projects and remaining available when we needed her. We recommend Julia without hesitation and sincerely thank her for her help in acquiring our home!
Very good experience overall for the purchase of our house. The real estate agent was available and easily reachable throughout the process. The organization of the various visits also went very well, with good flexibility to find suitable time slots. The support was serious and professional. A few small points could have been improved regarding follow-up and communication at certain stages, but this does not detract from our overall satisfaction. We are generally very satisfied with the support received for our purchase.
Excellent throughout the visit to the sale and afterwards I can only recommend!
