Real Estate Agencies in Flums

Renate Bütler accompanied us in the purchase of our new house in Buckten and in the sale of our previous house in Möhlin. Since we could only sign the purchase after the sale, good coordination was particularly important. Renate coordinated everything perfectly in terms of timing, so that both transactions could take place in a timely manner. We felt well taken care of as buyers and sellers at all times. With her personal support for all concerns and her professional guidance from A to Z, she gave us a lot of security. Today we feel very comfortable in our new home – it was the perfect decision for us. Thank you very much, Renate! We are happy to recommend you.

I have known Ramon Hüsser since my collaboration with him regarding the sale of my single-family home. He stands out for his open, clear, and understandable communication and his creative presentations, as well as his prompt and efficient approach. He has optimally supported me and my buyers until the successful completion of the project. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ramon Hüsser with his concept for the marketing of real estate at any time.

I was assisted by Ms. Milz at Julius Bär Real Estate and could not be more satisfied. Ms. Milz is an extremely pleasant personality who impresses with her high professionalism and impressive customer orientation. In our collaboration, she was always transparent and reliable, just as one would wish. I felt very well taken care of at all times, as my needs were truly at the center. I would be very happy to work with Ms. Milz and Julius Bär Real Estate again in the future. An unconditional recommendation for anyone who values quality and trust.

I can highly recommend Graf & Partner, especially Mr. Niederberger, as a real estate agent. We had the pleasure of working with him as the buying party. Very professional, quick response, and top-notch processing. The service provided is absolutely first-class! I can absolutely recommend Graf & Partner to everyone; it was a great pleasure to view this with you. Thank you once again and best regards, Fam. Pennella

I had already known Immoplaz for many years having completed two real estate transactions with Mr. Conrad Plaz. Now, after several years, the person in charge is Mr. Guetg, with whom I had a great experience. He is a competent person who knows how to guide you from start to finish with concrete advice and help to navigate those sometimes very complicated procedures, especially in my case as I am not a resident in the Canton of Graubünden. Therefore, I highly recommend getting in touch with Mr. Guetg for any real estate purchase or sale needs.

Ms. Schlatter is a very competent, helpful, and dedicated real estate agent.

Mr. Gaetano is a very good broker, friendly and competent, I can wholeheartedly recommend him, everything went smoothly.
