By a fortunate circumstance, I met Mr. Roberto Guetg from Immobilien Plaz AG in Savognin in August 2025. He was recommended to me due to very good experiences with previous real estate transactions. After a death, it was necessary to sell a particularly beautiful holiday home in an excellent location. It was important to me that the buyers were a good fit for my family and that the house would continue to be used as a holiday home. These special wishes complicated the sale. Mr. Guetg immediately recognized the advantages of the property and took meaningful photos from various perspectives. We quickly agreed on the selling price. Soon he found a suitable family who was enthusiastic about the house and its location, and he competently and smoothly handled the entire process. Although I live far away, the sale proceeded without delays or disappointments. I have already bought and sold several properties and have also experienced difficult closings. With Mr. Guetg, it was fortunately quite different. I can recommend him without reservation.

I had already known Immoplaz for many years having completed two real estate transactions with Mr. Conrad Plaz. Now, after several years, the person in charge is Mr. Guetg, with whom I had a great experience. He is a competent person who knows how to guide you from start to finish with concrete advice and help to navigate those sometimes very complicated procedures, especially in my case as I am not a resident in the Canton of Graubünden. Therefore, I highly recommend getting in touch with Mr. Guetg for any real estate purchase or sale needs.
