With the solid experience and professional approach, the sale of the apartment was handled quickly and successfully. As stated in the brokerage contract, we were always informed about all steps and accompanied from A to Z - up to the signing at the notary and the handover of the apartment to the buyer. Everything went wonderfully and on time. We owe great thanks to Sascha Saxer from Saxer Immo for his extremely serious and reliable work.
I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along.
