I experienced Mr. Hofstetter not only as very friendly and always willing to talk throughout the entire sales process, but especially as very efficient and always extremely polite. It was not easy with the sellers of the house we purchased; there was always a document missing, and the notary appointment had to be postponed several times. During all this time, he never lost his patience or composure and always mediated and helped within the shortest time possible, so that we were ultimately able to acquire the house.
