Real Estate Agencies in Wettstein

A challenging process is coming to an end: We sold our family apartment in a unique old property and bought a smaller apartment in "Bauhaus style" for our next "epoch" as a couple. What is needed? Urgently a realtor who combines sophistication with empathy and creativity with resourcefulness: Richard Kaser does this with brilliance, nonchalance, and intuition. With his charming wife, his dedicated son, and the creative Alexander Scheuner, we ultimately felt very successfully accompanied: We have found the property that now perfectly suits us and found a wonderful family for the old and spacious estate. We look forward to more great clients for you and are happy to remain connected.☺️

Ms. Tröndle was recommended to us by a relative who knew her through business connections as a second opinion, since we already had an offer for the sale of the apartment at that time. Ms. Tröndle made her first visit in April 2025, and it was immediately clear to us that we would proceed with her for the further process. Crucial was that she took our concern about finding a suitable apartment after the sale seriously and offered us her assistance, unlike the competitor. She implemented this immediately, and we were able to rent an apartment for June 2026 through her mediation as early as July 2025, even though the marketing of our apartment only took place in the fall. This was a great relief for us and meant even more trust in Ms. Tröndle. During the sales process, Ms. Tröndle always provided us with good advice and support with her suggestions and recommendations. The sale of the apartment was a great success, and we are very satisfied with it. We are happy to recommend Ms. Tröndle due to her high level of expertise, reliability, and friendliness.

Mr. Bachmann sold our house about 8 years ago and now our parents' apartment. He is a very dedicated, pleasant, patient, and "sensitive" professional. He was always there for us when we had questions. We can highly recommend Mr. Bachmann.

Ms. Erni distinguished herself through an extraordinarily high level of commitment. The communication was always professional, success-oriented, and pleasantly straightforward. Thanks to her utmost dedication, the entire process went smoothly. A collaboration that I can wholeheartedly recommend.

We can recommend Mr. Trachsel and Mr. Külhan, both professionally and personally. We would have liked to provide our own photos for the sales dossier, or to receive more options from you. We thank you for your support.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Anna Kobi and Kobi Real Estate. The collaboration was very pleasant, straightforward, and above all, on equal terms from the very beginning. Anna communicates openly, honestly, and personally, and you always feel taken seriously and professionally supported. I was particularly impressed by the passion and dedication with which she does her work. You quickly realize that it's not just about processing something, but about finding the best solution together and truly supporting her clients. Professional, reliable, straightforward, and at the same time very human. Thank you, Anna, for the great support and the very pleasant collaboration!

We sincerely thank Ms. Simona Lindenmann for her efforts in purchasing our dream home in Fahrwangen. We were drawn to our dream property by the highly appealing sales documentation of the development "Viva Verde." We were able to visit various raw constructions of this development. Additionally, Ms. Lindenmann organized a viewing appointment for us with the owners of a completed single-family home in this development. This gave us the opportunity to gather valuable impressions, which significantly eased our purchasing decision. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting that Ms. Lindenmann and the architect from Stadelmann Stutz AG form a very well-coordinated team. We can highly recommend Ms. Lindenmann.
