Real Estate Agencies in Wettstein

I would like to thank Eliseo Cannia and his team for the excellent support in selling my condominium. From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of. The entire sales process was handled professionally, transparently, and swiftly - from the initial consultation to the marketing and finally to the notary appointment. Eliseo also assisted us with the renovations, as requested by the buyers, and organized everything until the completion. Eliseo Cannia provided me with valuable contacts and competent advice. Thanks to his professional support, the apartment was sold well.

The company comes across as very friendly and competent.

Ten years ago, Mr. Becker supported me with expert advice when financing the purchase of my apartment in Basel, assisting me professionally and efficiently in getting the mortgage. Since then, I have recommended him several times, and several friends of mine were also able to successfully realize their project of owning a home thanks to him. I called on Philippe Becker for selling my apartment in Basel in 2025. Mr. Becker supported me along the selling of my property in a highly professional, reliable, and competent way. He handled all correspondence and clarifications with the notary and authorities, which was a great relief for me as an English-speaking client in Basel. Philippe works in a very goal-oriented way, is always reachable—even on weekends—and is willing to go the extra mile. His strong network and extensive know-how throughout the entire sales process are particularly noteworthy and useful, including coordination with banks and support for buyers with financing. I definitely recommend Philippe Becker as a great financial and commercial partner in buying or selling a property fast and efficiently and will gladly continue to recommend him to friends in the future.

Professional, competent, and extremely customer-oriented - Gabor Kovacs & Sina Burmeister's comprehensive market understanding and their personal support were impressive. The communication was always clear and timely. Through their commitment, we were able to sell our condominium in a short time. For anyone looking to buy or sell a property, we can highly recommend the Kovacs team. A thoroughly positive experience!

Jonathan Greaves managed the sale of the house brilliantly from the very beginning until the sale. He was very competent and his very friendly demeanor quickly led to success, so I also found my desired buyer, which makes me very happy. Therefore, I can only recommend Mr. Greaves at any time. I wish him continued success and thank him once again sincerely.

We were extremely satisfied with the entire process. Ms. Greber was always accommodating and made an effort to provide us with all the information about the property in her friendly manner. The viewing was very constructive, honest, and not at all intrusive like with some other real estate agents. She also supported us when our house bank suddenly no longer wanted to finance outside the canton, so that we had the appropriate partner by our side who could help us.

Very reliable and helpful, with a warm demeanor and trustworthy expertise. For us inexperienced buyers, it was a great relief to work with Dario Plozner.

We lived in Cyprus at the time when we put our house in Zwingen, BL up for sale, and we consciously chose Mr. Mueller after looking around. He seemed very trustworthy, competent, and also impressed us with his documents, was centrally located in Basel, and we had several Zoom sessions until we were back living in Switzerland where we could then meet in person. Mr. Mueller was always reachable for us by phone, Zoom, and respected and implemented our wishes. His response time to our inquiries was pleasantly quick. He also organized craftsmen to connect with our house since we were not living in Switzerland. His encounters with us were filled with joy, empathy, and also competence. His calm demeanor had a very relaxing effect on us during the stressful time. I or we can recommend Mr. Mueller 100%.
