Real Estate Agencies in Seebach

I was assisted by Ms. Milz at Julius Bär Real Estate and could not be more satisfied. Ms. Milz is an extremely pleasant personality who impresses with her high professionalism and impressive customer orientation. In our collaboration, she was always transparent and reliable, just as one would wish. I felt very well taken care of at all times, as my needs were truly at the center. I would be very happy to work with Ms. Milz and Julius Bär Real Estate again in the future. An unconditional recommendation for anyone who values quality and trust.

A very friendly, supportive, professional, and extremely responsive company. Trust blindly. Rena offers a wide range of services with a professionalism above the market standard! Again and thank you for the support!

Rena Wisler from Cosmo Values AG has been of extraordinary help for us when buying our house. As foreigners, we did not have a good overview of the purchasing process in Switzerland but she supported us at every step. From visiting the property and getting to an agreement with the previous owners to taking care of the contract and notary appointments, Rena has made the whole experience rather straightforward and significantly reduced the overall stress. She is really approachable, attentive and supportive. 100% recommended!

Very professional in appearance and handling. Absolutely transparent process - from the initiation to the final payment of the purchase price. The broker responds to the wishes of the clients and tries to fulfill them as best as possible. The marketing strategy was efficient. The purchase price and timeframe were realistic and very close to the final transaction. Additionally, he was helpful in connecting with service providers from the real estate sector (renovations prior to the sale). I would hire Julian Schaffner again at any time and can absolutely recommend him.

Courteous, reserved and effective handling trough-out the process of selling our apartment in Zurich. Appropriate Evaluation, very good Market knowledge, and Excellent execution.

Very friendly contact, always reliable and extremely committed. The communication was always open, transparent, and prompt. Mr. Zika was always reachable, took all the work off our hands, and led us to success with a lot of expertise and humanity. We felt well taken care of at all times and would hire Mr. Zika again at any time. The sale went smoothly and absolutely stress-free. Thank you very much to Mathias Zika for the excellent work - always professional and competent! Absolute recommendation!
