I have had both very positive and increasingly demanding experiences with Siller Immobilien since 2017. I would like to highlight the personal commitment of individual employees as well as the long time of pleasant and pragmatic collaboration. However, in recent years, I have had the impression that the company is working significantly more formalized and process-driven. In the context of billing and administrative issues, this has, in my view, partly led to unnecessarily confrontational communication, even though the matters could have been clarified objectively. Nevertheless, I wish the entire team continued success for the future.
