Real Estate Agencies in District of Zürich

This year we bought an apartment with the help of Kerstin Schlachter from JB. We always felt taken seriously and very well advised. Particularly noteworthy is the trusting collaboration, the great professionalism, and the constant availability for questions or concerns. We felt completely comfortable with Ms. Schlachter and can highly recommend her. Thank you very much for your great commitment to your clients!

Ms. Hulsink accompanied us excellently during the purchase of our apartment. We could reach her at any time. From the first buyer conversation to the handover and beyond. She clarified everything for us and always answered our inquiries promptly. Even after the purchase, she was still available to us for questions. We felt very well taken care of throughout the entire process and recommend her unreservedly.

We are extremely satisfied with the advice and support provided by Mr. Greber. From the first contact to the successful conclusion, we were competently, reliably, and very actively accompanied at all times. Particularly noteworthy are the excellent expertise, the quick communication, and the exceptional willingness to help. Even in challenging situations, suitable solutions were always found, and our concerns were taken seriously.

The best decision we made, selling our home. Selling a property is an emotional rollercoaster, with moments where you quietly question your life choices. But from start to finish, Stefan and Ruth made it feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. They didn't just handle the sale – they handled everything. Tax advice, quotes, legal checks, the fine print that normally requires a law degree (and perhaps a stiff drink), which saved us a huge amount of time and worry. What stood out most was how well they listened. They took the time to really understand our situation, our priorities, and even our quirks. We never felt like just another listing on the books – they genuinely cared about getting it right for us. The photos and video they produced were excellent – professional, beautifully shot, and made our apartment look its absolute best. In fact, the film became something of a legend among our friends and neighbours. But the real difference was the preparation. They'd already researched everything in advance, anticipated the likely outcomes, and guided us through the process with calm confidence. By the time we reached the notary, we felt like we'd already rehearsed the whole thing. If you're looking for an agent who combines Swiss efficiency with real human warmth, we couldn't recommend them more highly.

We were completely satisfied with the handling of our real estate purchase by Immotrust Switzerland AG. We would especially like to highlight the support from Mr. Kuk and Ms. Zivkovic. Both were always reachable, extremely competent, and guided us with great patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. We can wholeheartedly recommend Immotrust Switzerland AG, thank you very much for the great collaboration!

Thanks to MyWinvest Property Management, we have received this great apartment in Zurich. We are still overjoyed today.
