The contact with Roman Burgener was not only very friendly but also very competent. He promptly provided information in response to our requests and inquiries and is well connected in the region, which made the entire purchasing process very pleasant. We were in very good hands with him and can highly recommend him.
The sale of our vacation apartment with Andreas Ritz went very smoothly and professionally. I can recommend his services without reservation. Walter M.
We felt at home with Andreas Ritz and our property from the very first minute. The entire sales process was highly professional, fast, and absolutely smooth. We would hire him again at any time!
We were competently accompanied by Mr. Furrer throughout the entire purchasing process. Questions were answered promptly, and additional information or documents were usually obtained quickly. Particularly noteworthy is the open communication even in the case of delays that were outside of his control. Overall, a professional support with personal commitment.
In autumn 2023, we decided to sell our holiday home (a converted barn about 250 years old). We learned from friends that they had a very good experience with Schneider Real Estate (Ms. Annette Schneider). So we contacted Ms. Schneider. She quickly agreed to create a brochure for us and posted the listing on ImmoScout. Many interested parties reached out, of which 4 were selected. During the viewing, we immediately realized how important it was to see everyone in person. Our first client contacted us that evening, stating that he would buy this holiday home. Within 10 days, the family signed the purchase contract at the notary, thanks to the great effort of Ms. Schneider. We can recommend this company at any time.
The collaboration with Andreas was wonderful from A to Z. We greatly appreciated the open and efficient exchange. We also had the pleasure of getting to know Andreas, a dedicated and knowledgeable person who practices his craft with passion. We hope to maintain contact - perhaps over a glass of Heida - :). We can warmly recommend Andreas. Best regards & see you soon
