Real Estate Agencies in District of Bülach

We hired Benjamin Demir for the sale of our apartment and are completely satisfied with his work from start to finish. He immediately impressed us with a well-founded, market-appropriate, and realistic assessment of the property. This transparent basis gave us immediate confidence to entrust him with the entire sales process – a decision that has fully paid off. Mr. Demir acted extremely professionally, committed, and reliably at all times. The sales documents and the exposé were of the highest quality and showcased the property optimally. Accordingly, success did not take long to materialize: In a very short time, he was able to attract a considerable number of qualified interested parties. The entire process was absolutely smooth, transparent, and without any downtime. Thanks to his negotiation skills and market knowledge, we were able to sell the apartment exactly at our desired selling price. We would hire Benjamin Demir as a broker again at any time and can warmly and unreservedly recommend his services to anyone who wants their property in the best hands. Thank you for the first-class support!

Simple communication, takes a lot of time to view and document the property for sale, pleasant demeanor, always available for any open questions.

I was able to sell my apartment at the desired price through Real Estate Group Holding AG. My agent David Sahli provided me with competent and good advice. Through professional photographic documentation, my apartment was optimally presented. Viewings were organized early by Mr. Sahli and conducted personally. Thanks to his good communication, I was always aware of how the sales process was progressing. Thank you to Mr. Sahli for the excellent collaboration.

Due to my upcoming retirement, I decided to reconsider my situation/living circumstances. I no longer needed the large 5.5-room apartment spread over two floors in the foreseeable future. The decision to sell the apartment was soon made. The search for a realtor took a bit more time. There were realtors whose offers were economically more favorable, but Dalyan Yorulmaz received the assignment because he convinced me as a person. The apartment was already reserved after a short listing. The sale and the formalities were handled to my satisfaction; I can recommend Dalyan Yorulmaz from my own experience.
