Edi supported me greatly in the purchase of my house after I got into some trouble trying to handle everything without a realtor. With his help and expertise, the house was sold, and both the buyer and seller are satisfied.
We successfully sold our house in Salmsach through MyWinvest GmbH and are very satisfied with the collaboration. From the first conversation to the completion of the sale, we felt competently advised and personally supported. We particularly appreciated the professional presentation of our property, the reliable organization of viewings, and the clear communication. You also took care of the floor plan creation for us and enabled a 3-D viewing. Our questions were answered clearly, and we were kept informed about the status of the sale at all times. MyWinvest Property Management impressed us with expertise, commitment, and straightforward support during the property sale. We can gladly recommend MyWinvest to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agent for selling a house in Salmsach and the Thurgau region. Thank you for the successful collaboration!
What a great collaboration with MyWinvest Property Management. The team supported us very well from A to Z. We could call at any time and ask questions, and also visit in person. Mr. Diethelm and his team also positively surprised us. We know the management from another multi-family house where MyWinvest GmbH is active as management, and we can also say that everything is always handled very cleanly, transparently, and above all very quickly. It is not a conventional and impersonal management, but one with heart for the tenants, understanding for the owners, and sophistication for the sellers and buyers. We will certainly want to work with this agency again, as it was simply very pleasant. THANK YOU MyWinvest
We felt very well cared for and looked after - super competent service. Thank you!
My experience with Mr. Frei was excellent. Mr. Frei demonstrated his commitment from the very beginning and helped me sell my property quickly. Before I approached Aforia, I had engaged another company, which unfortunately was in vain. With the project presentation put together by Mr. Frei and the professional images, we were able to perfectly showcase the potential of the property. I will continue to stay in contact with Mr. Frei and can only recommend him and his team.
Enorm zuverlässig, kompetent, freundschaftlich - Top Leistungen.
