Grâce aux compétences de Mme Probst, son implication dans mon projet de vente et ses connaissances approfondies du monde de l'immobilier j'ai pu vendre mon bien sans difficultés en l'espace de quelques jours et au prix fixé. Tout était parfait, l'estimation du prix, la séance photo, les visites et les discussions. Je n'ai rien eu à faire à part dire oui aux repreneurs. En effet, c'était ma demande de base, pouvoir tout déléguer et ne pas avoir à prendre la vente en charge. L'appartement étant vendu "en l'état", j'avais la crainte de devoir baisser considérablement le prix de vente, ce qui n'a pas été le cas, grâce au savoir faire de Mme Probst. Je ne peux que recommander Mme Probst à quiconque aurait un projet immobilier à mener à bien. Pour moi, cela a été un sans faute !
