Real Estate Agencies in Arth

Very competent, friendly, and helpful seller. We are looking forward to our first home. We would recommend him at any time.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Möschler. He managed the sale of our house in Altendorf with the highest competence, excellent market knowledge, and remarkable commitment. From the initial consultation to the successful closing, he consistently provided us with outstanding advice, acted proactively, and impressed both us and the potential buyers with his professional demeanor. We were particularly impressed by how quickly and smoothly he handled the entire sales process. A first-class experience and brokerage service at the highest level – absolutely recommendable!

Thanks to Ms. Berka's active support, we were finally able to fulfill our long-held dream of owning a home at the beginning of 2026. After discovering our desired property on her website in October, the entire purchasing process was extremely swift and efficient: After two viewings, we initially signed the reservation contract and shortly thereafter the purchase contract. We were able to receive the keys as early as January. Throughout the entire process, Ms. Berka was a reliable point of contact for us. She responded promptly to all questions and concerns, was available for short-notice appointments, and took full responsibility for coordinating between the sellers, the notary, and us. Thanks to her high level of expertise, her knowledge of all relevant processes, and her diligence in handling administrative tasks, the purchasing process was consistently smooth for us. We sincerely thank Ms. Berka for her work and recommend her without reservation.

We chose Keifer Real Estate because Gian Keifer made a very pleasant, competent, and professional impression and received consistently good reviews. And we were not disappointed! We were able to sell our house in a short time to an ideal young family for us. An absolute win-win situation.

Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Ekaterina Kotur for her excellent support and for her highly appreciated professionalism, noting that we, as lawyers, are naturally extremely critical😊!

Isabel and Marcel Breithaupt were very helpful during the viewing of our purchase property and were always very professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Various questions (we were complete beginners in the area of home buying) were answered quickly and competently. We would also like to highlight that Immoleo is completely straightforward, which we greatly appreciate. We can recommend this company 100%.

The support from Qendresa Tosuni was excellent from A to Z. She provides exemplary assistance to both sellers and buyers. She was always available for questions. She is very competent, friendly, and helpful. I can recommend her 100 percent.

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.
