Real Estate Agencies in Amriswil

We felt very well cared for and looked after - super competent service. Thank you!

My experience with Mr. Frei was excellent. Mr. Frei demonstrated his commitment from the very beginning and helped me sell my property quickly. Before I approached Aforia, I had engaged another company, which unfortunately was in vain. With the project presentation put together by Mr. Frei and the professional images, we were able to perfectly showcase the potential of the property. I will continue to stay in contact with Mr. Frei and can only recommend him and his team.

We found our new home through AFORIA and are extremely happy. A huge thank you to Nico Gansner, he helped us a lot and was very patient with us. We also sold our house at the same time and unfortunately not through AFORIA, so I can very well assess what a good realtor is and what is not. For the next house sale, we will definitely turn to AFORIA and hopefully Mr. Gansner will still be there (even if it takes a few years). I can only recommend AFORIA and Mr. Gansner to everyone.

I was able to move into my beautiful garden apartment in Amriswil at the end of January and I would like to thank the entire AFORIA team, especially Mr. Adrian Frei, for the excellent support throughout the entire construction phase and beyond. For every question and every request, Mr. Frei promptly, competently, and successfully addressed my concerns. Thank you very much for that! I will gladly recommend AFORIA Immobilien AG and wish the entire team continued success and good business! Astrid Gamper

Very discreet and professional handling – just how one wishes for a real estate sale. Thank you very much for your excellent work. We were very satisfied and can only recommend you further. The MyWinvest property management, together with Immo Generation AG, took over the sale of our single-family home in Amriswil and already found a suitable buyer under the table in a short time. The communication was personal, honest, and reliable at all times. We particularly appreciated the calm, serious approach and the good network in Eastern Switzerland. We felt very well supported throughout the entire sales process and can absolutely recommend MyWinvest property management as well as Immo Generation AG for real estate sales. A big compliment to Mr. Diethelm and his team, who were also always reachable and helped us promptly.

We sold our property through Brandes Dominic and could not be more satisfied. From the first consultation to the final handover of the keys, everything was absolutely professional, transparent, and smooth. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality exposé and the honest, competent advice on pricing. Thanks to the great effort, the perfect buyer was found in no time. Anyone looking for a reliable, approachable, and professionally competent realtor is in the right place here. Thank you for the great support!
