We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty.
