Mr. Délez is a friendly, punctual person, very available, allowing us time for the various visits, answering all our questions, not putting pressure on us, knowing how to be discreet when necessary. The meeting at the notary's office took place in a relaxed atmosphere. That day, I got to know the seller, whom I particularly appreciate. During the handover of the keys, over a small drink, the seller and buyer each received wine and Swiss chocolates from Mr. Délez, which made us very happy. We are satisfied with our purchase.
