I have to say the apartment is really beautiful and neat. But the Lady which showed me the place was first really kind and everything. In the end I told her I would message her back till the end of the week. Disrespectfully she called me in the middle of the week, accusing that is not polite to not give a feedback, I told her several time i told her I would write her a mail. But I had still time. She put me in a place like I‘m such a disrespectful kind of human. The worst experience so far!!!!

Thank you very much, everything worked perfectly. Since I have this management, everything is much cleaner; it is all very professional. Proper property management companies come by and clean everything from top to bottom; it is truly one of the best companies. The management does a very good job. Accessibility by phone is also great. The management is much better than the old one; since immocroce has been here, everything is much cleaner.

In principle, a professional real estate company with a well-maintained rental property. Unfortunately, there was a failure on the landlord's side to adhere to a verbal agreement (topic: "flat rate" for dowel holes) and, above all, a delay in the return of the rental deposit, even though the apartment was left significantly cleaner than it was found. We currently have to chase after our deposit a bit, which is somewhat annoying. Nevertheless, we would still recommend Immo Croce with the addition to get everything in writing! ;)
