Alles lief Hervorragend Das Objekt war extrem schön der Verlauf lief perfekt vom Notar bis zu der Übergabe. Ich bin besonders froh so ein schönes Haus bekommen zu haben. Mir gefällt sehr das es im grünen ist. Die Landschaft ist super und der Neubau einzigartig Die Materialien sind die besten Materialien die ich je gesehen haben es ist alles im Luxus Segment. Die Dusche und der Wasserstrahl haben mich aber Überscht es war besser als gedacht. Der Boden wurde auch perfekt verarbeitet. Ein ganz grosses Lob an die bodenheinung Ich bin sehr zufrieden und Liebe mein neues Luxus Haus

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. I was kept waiting for almost two weeks with nothing but “we’ll let you know” and “we’re still reviewing it.” Every time I asked a question, I received the same vague response instead of a clear answer. They gave me false hope, wasted my time, and never properly communicated what was actually happening. In the end, I found out from the previous tenant that the apartment had already been given to someone else two days before I was supposed to move in. Yet the agency still kept me waiting without being honest or transparent about the situation. No proper communication, no accountability, no useful answers, and absolutely no respect for my time. If they had simply told me the truth from the beginning, I could have looked for another place instead of wasting two weeks waiting for an answer that was never coming. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this company.

Super Kommunikation ich bin sehr zufrieden seit mehreren Jahren. Das Team von Immocroce kennt den Markt sehr gut. Der Immobilienmarkt in basel ist sehr begehrt. Die Kommunikation ist perfekt. Ein super Team und sehr kompetent. Mehrer Villen wurden perfekt organisiert und gebaut alles lief perfekt. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Schnelle und effektive Umsetzung Um den Immobilienmarkt zu kennen braucht man jahrelange Erfahrung und das hat Gabriele Croce

I have to say the apartment is really beautiful and neat. But the Lady which showed me the place was first really kind and everything. In the end I told her I would message her back till the end of the week. Disrespectfully she called me in the middle of the week, accusing that is not polite to not give a feedback, I told her several time i told her I would write her a mail. But I had still time. She put me in a place like I‘m such a disrespectful kind of human. The worst experience so far!!!!
