Everything went excellently The property was extremely beautiful, the process went perfectly from the notary to the handover. I am especially glad to have received such a beautiful house. I really like that it is in the greenery. The landscape is great and the new building is unique. The materials are the best materials I have ever seen; everything is in the luxury segment. The shower and the water jet amazed me; it was better than expected. The flooring was also perfectly processed. A big compliment to the flooring installation. I am very satisfied and love my new luxury house.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agency. I was kept waiting for almost two weeks with nothing but “we’ll let you know” and “we’re still reviewing it.” Every time I asked a question, I received the same vague response instead of a clear answer. They gave me false hope, wasted my time, and never properly communicated what was actually happening. In the end, I found out from the previous tenant that the apartment had already been given to someone else two days before I was supposed to move in. Yet the agency still kept me waiting without being honest or transparent about the situation. No proper communication, no accountability, no useful answers, and absolutely no respect for my time. If they had simply told me the truth from the beginning, I could have looked for another place instead of wasting two weeks waiting for an answer that was never coming. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend dealing with this company.

A great team and very competent. Several villas were perfectly organized and built, everything went perfectly. What I particularly liked was the quick and effective implementation.
