Immobiliare Mazzoleni SA affonda le sue radici nel secolo scorso, quando nel 1971 Emilio Mazzoleni aprì in Piazza Grande 2 a Locarno una società anonima, la Mirana SA, il cui scopo sociale era soprattutto l‘intermediazione immobiliare. Nel 1972 il figlio Roberto iniziò la sua occupazione quale agente immobiliare e nel 1981 entrò in società con il padre. Roberto Mazzoleni sviluppò, accanto alla compra-vendita di oggetti immobiliari, nonché alla promozione di nuove costruzioni, anche il settore dell’amministrazione di proprietà per piani e stabili di reddito. Nel 1990 la ditta si trasferì in Piazza Stazione 9 a Muralto, nell’appena inaugurato Palazzo Pax, sede attuale dell’attività. Nel 2006 la figlia Cristina iniziò il suo percorso con la gestione e l’amministrazione di stabili e condomini. Nel 2018 Amministrazioni Mazzoleni SA cambia la sua ragione sociale in Immobiliare Mazzoleni SA, con alla direzione Cristina Forner Mazzoleni. Nel corso degli anni il settore amministrativo è stato ampliato con l’impiego di personale altamente qualificato, e attualmente vengono gestite oltre 100 proprietà per piani e stabili di reddito. Offriamo inoltre servizi professionali di intermediazione e promozione immobiliare, compra-vendita e fiduciaria. L’Immobiliare Mazzoleni SA è sicuramente un forte punto di riferimento nel panorama immobiliare locarnese, impiega dieci collaboratori formati e si occupa del settore fiduciario immobiliare e commercialista, di intermediazione, compra-vendita, promozione, sviluppo e realizzazione di progetti immobiliari e della loro commercializzazione. Negli anni sono state molte le promozioni immobiliari gestite e seguite dall’Immobiliare Mazzoleni SA, tra cui la costruzione del Condominio Bletilla e Eride a Locarno ed il Condominio Tre Torri a Gordola.
