We sincerely thank Mr. Endres for his excellent work during the sale of our house. Thanks to his great professionalism and wise advice, we were able to carry out this project smoothly. We particularly appreciated his tact and efficiency in organizing the visits: he perfectly coordinated the appointments between the current tenants and the new owner, all with kindness and in excellent harmony. He is a very competent, available, committed, and humane broker. We warmly recommend him without the slightest hesitation!

Mr. Endres initially appears to be a calm and friendly person. Unfortunately, this is just an appearance... Evasive and talkative, he unfortunately does not know how to listen to his client. He becomes unavailable at the first difficulty and imposes a certain procedure... which he does not seem to master himself. He seems to believe that everything can be done via WhatsApp... yet some matters need to be resolved differently, by phone or in person. When one of his documents does not match the property data, it takes more than a week for it to be corrected... and this fuels tensions between buyer and seller. His shortcomings in lease law and even in office skills are just the icing on the cake. His level of incompetence is such that he ends up revealing confidential information to all of his WhatsApp contacts! At every step, I encountered problems with Mr. Endres, whose only good intention was to make himself unreachable, a nightmare! And all this while the properties I had entrusted to him for sale were relatively "simple." I can only imagine the consequences of such blunders and such amateurism with a condominium apartment or a villa... UPDATE If the work had been done correctly from the start and if the deadline (set by Mr. Endres) had been respected, no client would need to contact a real estate agent on a Saturday morning. But the unavailability also extends to a Friday, a working day. So when does Mr. Endres consider himself available for his clients? Unless this availability only applies to public comments such as those posted on Maps because, there, the responsiveness is optimal...
