Nos valeurs fondatrices, le respect et l’excellence, ont guidé chacun de nos pas. À travers elles, notre ambition est d’offrir à un maximum de clients une expérience exaltante, celle de réaliser leur rêve de devenir propriétaires. Forts de notre expertise, nous nous érigeons en chefs d’orchestre, maîtrisant chaque étape de cette symphonie, avec pour ultime dessein de transformer vos rêves en réalité. Very bad experience with Mr. Marotta. I traveled from Gland to Vouvry at 8 PM to visit an apartment under construction. At the end of the visit, I clearly confirmed my interest, requested the necessary documents for the reservation, and specified that my bank financing was already approved. The next morning, lacking news, I followed up with him. I then received a message indicating that I supposedly had not been quick enough and that the property was already reserved. However, I had expressed my intention without delay right after the visit. I was then offered another property presented as cheaper and better configured; it turned out to be smaller and more expensive. I felt that I had traveled unnecessarily and had been treated with very little consideration. Lack of transparency, insufficient follow-up, and disappointing professionalism. I do not recommend this experience.
