Wir wollten ein Objekt kaufen, mussten aber feststellen, dass wir über einen sehr relevanten Punkt falsch informiert wurden. Der Reservationsvertrag war unvollständig. Der Verkaufspreis und weitere Angaben fehlten! Die Geschäftsleiterin wollte schnell zu einem Verkaufsabschluss kommen und den Vertrag nicht richtigstellen. Die Kommunikation wurde unfreundlich und war nicht lösungsorientiert. Dieses Verhalten geht aus unserer Sicht gar nicht. Wir können Alpstyle nicht empfehlen.

Dear Mr. Hafner, it's good to hear from you again. We would like to correct the information in your review. The reservation agreement was drawn up by a notary and is complete, precisely matching the seller's specifications, including all relevant information and contract terms. As a prospective buyer, you had the opportunity to accept this framework – the issue being that your bank was unable to issue an irrevocable payment guarantee, which was necessary and standard practice for the seller.
Contrary to your account, you attempted to finalize a purchase directly with the seller, without a real estate agent, behind our back. This additional action was not tolerated by the seller, and negotiations were subsequently terminated.
From your perspective, the process did not go as planned, which has absolutely nothing to do with Alpstyle. I would like to clarify that the accusations regarding communication and contract drafting are unfounded. We place the utmost importance on transparency, professionalism, and fair procedures.
Mr. Hafner, we came to know you as a decent and friendly person, but your image has revealed you to be a charlatan and a sore loser.
