We wanted to buy a property, but we found out that we were misinformed about a very relevant point. The reservation contract was incomplete. The sale price and other details were missing! The manager wanted to quickly finalize the sale and did not want to correct the contract. The communication became unfriendly and was not solution-oriented. This behavior is unacceptable from our perspective. We cannot recommend Alpstyle.

The reservation contract was prepared by the notary and was complete, exactly meeting the requirements of the seller, including all relevant information and contract terms. As an interested party, you had the opportunity to accept this framework - the point is that your bank could not issue an irrevocable payment promise, which was necessary for the seller and is also customary. Contrary to your representation, you attempted to conclude a purchase directly with the seller, without a broker, behind our backs. This additional approach was not tolerated by the seller, leading to the complete termination of negotiations. The process did not go as you wished, which has nothing to do with Alpstyle. I want to clarify that the accusations regarding communication and contract design do not reflect reality. We place the utmost importance on transparency, professionalism, and fair processes. Mr. Hafner, we have come to know you as a decent and friendly person, but your image has turned out to be that of a fraud and a poor loser. Your reviews reflect you perfectly.
