Definitely not recommended! During the viewing of the property, it was concealed/not clarified that it was a smoking property. Despite clear evidence from the lab that smoking occurred, Sandro does not want to take any responsibility for it. Buying a property is a matter of trust. Please do not be deceived by his friendly demeanor!
