I sold my property through this agent and am very satisfied with the entire process. From the initial assessment to the notary appointment, everything was structured and professional. The advice was honest and realistic, especially regarding price determination. I never felt that anything was being "sugar-coated". Instead, it was clearly communicated what is feasible and what is not – this gave me a lot of trust. The marketing was also convincing: the exposé, photos, and organization of viewings were at a very good level. I had to take care of very little, as much was taken over independently and reliably. We recommend Markus Nussbaum for anyone looking for property. We were working with him to buy a property in Wetzikon. We really liked his calm and helping approach. As I am not from Switzerland and do not speak well German.
