Real Estate Agencies in Lenggenwil (9525)

Through an acquaintance, I became aware of Aforia Immobilien AG. I knew from the very beginning that I was in very good hands here. Every question was answered honestly and professionally; one received the opinion of a professional, and by now, there are many career changers in this industry, but here you are working with trained, motivated people. I wouldn't know what I could criticize. Simply top!

I found Immoroom GmbH Edi Lazraj to be very helpful, supportive, always available (even on holidays/weekends!), and very knowledgeable and professional from the offer to after the sale. Particularly noteworthy: the fixed price without hidden costs. That was the main thing for me. I recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective broker!

A very competent professional consultation with a lot of commitment and empathy. Was always available for questions and answered open questions very thoroughly and gladly. We chose Mr. Lazrai because his friendly and calm manner impressed us greatly. Although we also had an offer from another real estate agent. I would sell my property with Mr. Lazrai at any time. And recommend him at any time.

I can recommend Riccardo 200%! From the very first contact, he was very friendly, professional, and was always there to provide advice and assistance. The entire purchasing process went smoothly and was excellently organized and supported by him. You really feel well taken care of with him. Thank you very much for the great support!

very: competent, forward-thinking, likeable, nice

Marcel Wild created a sales dossier for me with professional photos. He conducted the apartment viewings with the interested parties in a short time. After the viewings, he described his preferred buyers to me but left the decision to me. The transfer of the apartment and the handover of the keys were also organized quickly by Marcel Wild. The sale of the apartment went smoothly from A to Z.
