I handled the sale of my property with two apartments through Schilt Immobilien and was very satisfied with the entire collaboration. From the first meeting to the successful completion, the sale was accompanied in a professional, reliable, and straightforward manner. I particularly appreciated the personal support, the good accessibility, and the open communication throughout the entire sales process. Whenever I had questions, I received competent and understandable information at any time. I would hire Schilt Immobilien again at any time and can confidently recommend the team.

Mr. Ademi accompanied the sale of our property in Bischofszell. He was easily reachable throughout the entire time and provided us with competent advice. The marketing was professionally set up, and the process up to the conclusion worked smoothly. Overall, we are satisfied and can recommend him.

Excellent performance and an overall pleasant collaboration with Alexander Foll from FollHaus. The communication was always very friendly, straightforward, and professional. Our wishes and ideas were addressed individually, and everything was implemented promptly and expertly. We particularly appreciated that necessary renovation and improvement work on the house was organized and carried out professionally. This allowed the property to be optimally prepared for sale and a very good selling price to be achieved. From the first meeting to the successful sale, we felt very well cared for. Thank you very much for the competent, reliable, and dedicated support – a clear recommendation!

A big thank you to Daniel for the great support in selling my apartment! I felt very well advised and cared for from the very beginning. Daniel is not only professionally competent but also very pleasant, honest, and reliable on a personal level. He took care of everything and made the entire sale as easy as possible for me. I also greatly appreciated the family-oriented and personal approach of his real estate company. I am completely satisfied with the result and can wholeheartedly recommend Daniel!

I, Marcel Hintermann, can wholeheartedly recommend Himmotech GmbH and especially Ms. Miriam Krumm. In December 2009, I purchased the property at Rennweg 12 in Herrliberg. Ms. Miriam Krumm from Himmotech GmbH found the suitable property for me and accompanied me throughout the entire purchasing process excellently, competently, and reliably. In the following years, Ms. Krumm was always there for me in all rental matters as well as in various renovation and remodeling projects, always with great commitment and expertise. Over time, she increasingly took over the entire mandate and proved to be an extremely reliable and professional partner. I am extraordinarily satisfied with the collaboration and working methods of Himmotech GmbH. I particularly appreciate the personal support, the high level of expertise, and the trust that has developed over the years of collaboration. In the future, I will continue to have my properties managed by Himmotech GmbH.

Very competent and straightforward handling. Everything is well organized and prepared. Very helpful given our lack of knowledge. Would be very happy to do it again at any time.
