Mr. Barth is very competent, solution-oriented, and supports both sides correctly.

Gregor Barth is very competent in his profession. He is independent and responsible. He took on most of the work for me and made the sale of the house easy. I could also rely on him to handle the transfer of the property in my name, and everything went wonderfully without my presence. I highly recommend Gregor Barth to everyone. Thank you, Gregor Barth

The property valuation by Michael Näf was extremely well-founded and professional. The market assessment proved to be realistic and up-to-date. His very good market knowledge and expertise in the real estate sector are clearly evident.

Very friendly and sympathetic advisor. Was competent and eagerly advocated for our concerns. We felt we were in good hands, and Mr. Näf also sought the best solution for sensitive or difficult questions. We got everything we wanted.

I am more than satisfied with Michi! The sale of my house could not have gone better. From the very beginning, Michi was professional, committed, and always approachable. He accompanied the sales process with a lot of experience, sensitivity, and dedication – from the first viewing appointment to the final contract signature. I felt well advised and cared for at all times. Michi knows the market, understands what matters, and works with heart and mind. A real stroke of luck – thank you for everything! 🤗👍

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Lombardi for the excellent support in selling my old town house. From the very first contact, he was always competent and professional, very dedicated, and truly took the time for my wishes. I was particularly impressed by his transparent communication throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise and care, he introduced me to a perfect buyer for my old town house, who also made the purchase. I can only recommend Mr. Lombardi from BILO GmbH. Thank you once again.
