The sale of our apartment went faster and more smoothly than expected. MyWinvest took care of the interested parties, viewings, and all communication. We were regularly informed about the current status and would recommend the company at any time.

Ms. Deluca handled the sale very well. The property's website was very professional, and she was always available as a contact person for us and the buyers. She handled the entire sales process professionally and to everyone's satisfaction. We highly recommend her.

Dear Miro, Thank you very much for the pleasant collaboration. We would especially like to highlight your efficient approach, which led to a quick and smooth sales completion. A special thanks goes to Miro, who advised us promptly, transparently, and competently at every stage of the sale. Everything worked smoothly for us from A to Z regarding the sale. Based on our positive experiences, we can wholeheartedly recommend Property Partners AG.

For some time, we had been dealing with the topic of selling our house and buying an apartment. This was due to health and age-related issues. We had the opportunity to meet Fabrizio Facchin during the purchase of an apartment. His clear communication and his competent and reliable working style prompted us to ask for his support in selling our house. The sale then proceeded very quickly, so we did not have to bear any significant double burden of house and apartment. We greatly appreciate his professional working style. As buyers and later as sellers, we were informed at all times about the necessary steps. We are happy to recommend ARTESTATE. A heartfelt thank you to you, Fabrizio.

After a two-year sales odyssey of our single-family home in Rorschacherberg, we had to terminate the unsuccessful exclusive brokerage contract. Our bank advisor immediately recommended his former colleague, Mr. Fabrizio Facchin from ARTESTATE, as an experienced real estate professional upon our request. This advice was worth its weight in gold. Uncomplicated, competent, knowledgeable, and eloquent, Mr. Facchin took over the marketing of our property at the end of January 2023. It was a complete worry-free package for us: starting from the presentation, through the natural willingness to show the property to interested parties even on weekends, to the handling of the reservation payment, assistance with the buyers' financing efforts, and the notarization of the sale at the end of March 2023. Anyone looking for a true professional for the sale or purchase of a property is in the best hands with Mr. Facchin!
