In May 2025, we purchased a house together with Ms. Mernica and, in retrospect, we are really glad that we met her. We originally became aware of her through the 3D representation in the listing, which gave us such a good first impression that we decided to view the house at the open house. She took a lot of time for us, answered all our questions calmly, and allowed us to visit the house multiple times, even on a Sunday. She was always reliable, responded quickly, and was well-prepared for every appointment. Throughout the entire purchasing process, she accompanied us competently, ensuring that we never had any uncertainties. The fact that a lovely gesture followed after the purchase, which we did not expect at all, rounded everything off. Overall, the collaboration was consistently professional and pleasant, and we can only recommend Ms. Mernica further.

I sold my property through this agent and am very satisfied with the entire process. From the initial assessment to the notary appointment, everything was structured and professional. The advice was honest and realistic, especially regarding price determination. I never felt that anything was being "sugar-coated". Instead, it was clearly communicated what is feasible and what is not – this gave me a lot of trust. We saw quite a few estate agents, including some well-known names. Out of them we preferred Helen Bögle for quite a few reasons. Firstly, she struck as straightforward and someone with integrity, not salesy pushy person like some agents. Secondly, we really liked the brochures she produced for the properties she was selling and had sold: the photographer spent a whole day with us taking photos. The end result was great. Thirdly she charged a sensible fee for her work, unlike some. Those were the main reasons we chose her. It took about a year to sell our house. During that time Helen kept us up-to-date, returned our calls and emails promptly and when it was helpful to sit down and talk things through, that’s what we did. Selling a property is often stressful. We found that working with her and the good advice she gave us kept the stress to minimum. She also has very good contacts. Most of all there was just the feeling that she wanted to deliver a first-rate service, something we are very pleased to say she did.
