Real Estate Agencies in Flumserberg Saxli (8894)

By a fortunate circumstance, I met Mr. Roberto Guetg from Immobilien Plaz AG in Savognin in August 2025. He was recommended to me due to very good experiences with previous real estate transactions. After a death, it was necessary to sell a particularly beautiful holiday home in an excellent location. It was important to me that the buyers were a good fit for my family and that the house would continue to be used as a holiday home. These special wishes complicated the sale. Mr. Guetg immediately recognized the advantages of the property and took meaningful photos from various perspectives. We quickly agreed on the selling price. Soon he found a suitable family who was enthusiastic about the house and its location, and he competently and smoothly handled the entire process. Although I live far away, the sale proceeded without delays or disappointments. I have already bought and sold several properties and have also experienced difficult closings. With Mr. Guetg, it was fortunately quite different. I can recommend him without reservation.

Mr. Gaetano is a very good broker, friendly and competent, I can wholeheartedly recommend him, everything went smoothly.

Ms. Schlatter is a very competent, helpful, and dedicated real estate agent.

I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. This is definitely not a given in the real estate sector! I will be very happy to work with Thomas Becker and the GCT team again on future projects.
