Mr. Salda successfully sold our condominium as a real estate agent in a short time. He impressed us with his solid real estate and market knowledge as well as his extensive sales experience. Throughout the entire sales process, he advised us competently and handled all tasks carefully. We particularly appreciated the high-quality sales documents. Mr. Salda was always helpful and service-oriented. We did not have to worry about anything. For us as an inheritance community, the very good support was extremely valuable. We are very satisfied with the sale and are happy to recommend Mr. Salda.

We received comprehensive advice from Ms. Caviezel. She was always able to provide well-founded answers and engaged excellently with the property. In the absence of information, she demonstrated a confident persistence to obtain it in a timely manner. Our interactions with her were consistently friendly, competent, and accommodating. We can recommend Ms. Caviezel with a clear conscience. Keep it up, Ms. Caviezel!

Marc and Nadine provided us with excellent support in selling our house. From listing to contract signing, 1A customer service and guidance. Realistic, open, and above all, human. We can only recommend Marc and Nadine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or an apartment. Keep it up, you two, it couldn't be better. Thank you once again from the heart.

From the first contact through the listing to the handover of the keys, Ms. Hugener guided us very personally and with a lot of experience through the purchase of the apartment. The documents were impeccable, and we also heard a lot of praise from the bank. Therefore, we can only recommend Ms. Hugener and look back very positively on the time of the purchase!

The home purchase was very successful thanks to very friendly communication and consistently serious expertise. We are very happy that you were by our side!

Very professional and competent handling, responses always came quickly and friendly.

We are very satisfied with Mr. Lazraj's work. Even when scheduling the viewing appointment, it was remarkable that he took our vacation-related absence into account. The subsequent process was very customer-oriented. He gave us the time that was necessary due to the process. He always responded promptly to inquiries. Personal concerns were also forwarded to the sellers if necessary. Mr. Lazraj was always able to answer questions about the property - if he did not have information on specific detail questions, he communicated this openly and transparently. The key handover was a very personal meeting. Upon moving in, he even presented us with a very individual gift. Thank you very much, Mr. Lazraj, for your commitment and support in the purchase!

We have already worked with Michael Marti for the third time – twice as sellers and once as buyers – and were extremely satisfied each time. Michael Marti impresses with a very personal, professional, and reliable service. His market knowledge is excellent, and his price assessments are realistic and well-founded. Throughout the entire process – from preparation to marketing and viewings to negotiations and closing – we always felt well accompanied. We would especially like to highlight his transparent and proactive communication. He is very accessible, takes time for questions, and always explains the next steps clearly and understandably. Everything is also very efficient and structured organizationally. In addition to his high level of expertise, we especially appreciate his friendly manner, his reliability, and the great trust he creates. You can tell that he truly cares about the interests of his clients. We can wholeheartedly and warmly recommend Michael Marti and would work with him again at any time.
