Regarding communication between buyer and seller, clarifications with the bank, or very general questions, Mr. Lung is always a reliable value. I was extremely satisfied and can only recommend working with Lung Land.

Due to my upcoming retirement, I decided to reconsider my situation/living circumstances. I no longer needed the large 5.5-room apartment spread over two floors in the foreseeable future. The decision to sell the apartment was soon made. The search for a realtor took a bit more time. There were realtors whose offers were economically more favorable, but Dalyan Yorulmaz received the assignment because he convinced me as a person. The apartment was already reserved after a short listing. The sale and the formalities were handled to my satisfaction; I can recommend Dalyan Yorulmaz from my own experience.

We also received the recommendation from a former, enthusiastic client and would gladly pass on this recommendation with a clear conscience! From start to finish, we were accompanied directly, straightforwardly, and with high expertise on the long and demanding journey of selling a house. As laypersons, we were always made familiar with the current topics and involved in the decision-making process accordingly. If we had follow-up questions, they were promptly clarified and answered. We also appreciated the objective approach and the realistic assessment! (e.g. selling price, assessment of renovation effort.) Since selling the family home can also be emotional, we were glad not to have to be present in many moments. We were somewhat surprised that even many small details (cancellations) were taken care of by the company or pointed out. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Zika and his team for their efforts. We also wish them continued success.

From the very beginning, Mr. Fortino seemed competent and familiar, great job and my desired price achieved. Best regards, Moni

I particularly appreciated that he really took the time to understand my situation and my needs in detail. I felt well supported throughout the entire process. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kristian Dobro, a young, motivated agent who truly puts people at the center.
