Real Estate Agencies in Flaach (8416)

Due to my upcoming retirement, I decided to reconsider my situation/living circumstances. I no longer needed the large 5.5-room apartment spread over two floors in the foreseeable future. The decision to sell the apartment was soon made. The search for a realtor took a bit more time. There were realtors whose offers were economically more favorable, but Dalyan Yorulmaz received the assignment because he convinced me as a person. The apartment was already reserved after a short listing. The sale and the formalities were handled to my satisfaction; I can recommend Dalyan Yorulmaz from my own experience.

From the very beginning, Mr. Fortino seemed competent and familiar, great job and my desired price achieved. Best regards, Moni

Philipp Niedermann supported us with his extensive experience during our first home purchase. He was efficient, solution-oriented, and always available for questions. The local connection in the wine region and the greater Winterthur area was palpable and created excitement for the new home.

Mr. Niederberger from Graf&Partner guided us professionally and efficiently through the entire sales process. Within a short time, buyers were found who exceeded our expectations. We are very happy to recommend him further.

The collaboration with Mr. Kristian Dobro was very pleasant and professional from the very beginning. You can immediately tell that he is very passionate and committed to his work. I particularly appreciated that he really took the time to understand my situation and my needs in detail. I felt well supported throughout the entire process. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kristian Dobro, a young, motivated agent who truly puts people at the center.

The collaboration with Mr. Stomeo is very pleasant. We were able to greatly benefit from his expertise and experience with our various real estate projects. We can warmly recommend Mr. Stomeo to anyone. Thank you for everything, Mr. Stomeo!
