Mr. Zika has very competently accompanied us, focusing on our needs before, during, and after the purchase, tracking and processing the necessary steps at all times. Thank you very much and highly recommended.

We were completely satisfied with the brokerage services of Mathias Zika. We would choose him again for a sale/purchase at any time. From the property valuation, through the various sales activities, to the closing, notary/land registry, he did an excellent job. The communication was always flawless, we were always informed. The communication channels via WhatsApp (as well as email and phone/mobile) were optimal. We are completely happy, and the price/performance ratio is absolutely right. Furthermore, Mathias Zika is a very likable and trustworthy person. Thank you very much!

I contacted Mr. Salda after I was not satisfied with the previous agent. Mr. Salda conducted the marketing of the property very professionally and competently. In just a few months, he found a buyer, and due to his experience in banking, he contributed to the success of the buyer's financing. I was very satisfied with the support during the sale and also after the sale. For me, it's clearly 5 stars and a warm recommendation.

During our first meeting, I was very positively surprised. With great joy and patience, Mathias Zika explained the sales process to me. My many questions as a seller, my worries about selling the house, he showed me so much empathy. I felt good throughout the entire time. I can recommend Mr. Mathias Zika to any property seller.

The apartment was sold quickly and professionally! We didn't have to do anything, he took care of everything for us. We will definitely recommend him! Thank you, Mathias
