Real Estate Agencies in 8003 Zürich

We were completely satisfied with the handling of our real estate purchase by Immotrust Switzerland AG. We would especially like to highlight the support from Mr. Kuk and Ms. Zivkovic. Both were always reachable, extremely competent, and guided us with great patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. We can wholeheartedly recommend Immotrust Switzerland AG, thank you very much for the great collaboration!

We experienced Alessandro Gaetano both as the seller of our commercial property in Zurich and as the agent through whom we purchased a single-family home. Both transactions required a lot of sensitivity and nerves. Mr. Gaetano possesses both in high measure. Therefore, we can warmly recommend Gaetano Real Estate! Mat and Vanessa

We acquired a commercial space in Zurich in April. The purchase proved to be challenging due to the complex situation and the associated bureaucratic hurdles. All the more, we would like to highlight the excellent support and assistance provided by the agent. He accompanied us throughout the entire process with utmost competence, commitment, and reliability. Even in difficult situations, he always kept an overview and acted in a solution-oriented manner. His efforts went well beyond the usual and significantly contributed to the successful completion of the purchase. We can wholeheartedly recommend the agent and would like to thank him once again for the excellent collaboration.

With Mr. Morris Kathrein, we had a partner by our side who combines professional competence with a very pleasant, sensitive manner. Mr. Kathrein impressed us with his calm, well-founded, and market-oriented approach. With his extensive expertise and a very good sense of the real estate market, he guided us safely and transparently through the entire sales process. He always found the right balance between professionalism and empathy. We particularly appreciated his respectful treatment of the property as well as his appreciative manner throughout the process. Our ideas regarding the buyer profile were taken seriously and sensibly integrated, without losing focus on a successful conclusion. After finding the buyer, we were impressed by his discreet and very professional coordination. He calmly and fairly brought together the interests of both parties, thus contributing significantly to a smooth conclusion. From the first conversation to the notarization, we always felt well taken care of and built a genuine relationship of trust. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Morris Kathrein from MK Property Partners AG and are grateful to have taken this important step with him, and we would do it again at any time.

We were very satisfied with everything (communication, reliability, organization, processing speed ...) and can only recommend him.
