We particularly appreciate the reliable, personal, and likable approach. You can tell that a lot of commitment and heart is put into the work here. Thank you very much for the great collaboration and the excellent support. We would choose Rosenast Immobilien again at any time and can recommend them without reservation.

Absolutely top-notch and professional as well as personal support and advice. We would recommend Kathleen at any time.

The collaboration was contractually regulated at the beginning, the initial situation and the conditions were clearly clarified. The property was advertised locally and on various platforms. If there was interest, the property was shown, if necessary, multiple times. Due to the solid knowledge from the banking sector and land registry, questions from potential buyers could be competently clarified. The flow of information was always present, and the collaboration was very pleasant. As a seller, I was supported and accompanied from the assignment to the signing at the land registry office. I would give the assignment to Ernst Zwingli again, thank you very much!

Ms. Chantal Tinner was our agent during the purchase of our vacation apartment in the Flumser Mountains. She was very friendly and competent and handled the purchase efficiently. We can highly recommend Ms. Tinner as an agent.

My interactions with Denis Guerra have been excellent. Denis was attentive and always responded quickly and accurately to my various questions, despite the language barrier. His friendliness facilitated pleasant communication with the agency and the buyers. I can certainly recommend him.

"Five stars with full conviction! The collaboration with Fabienne Daul-Bertolotti and Damiano Bertolotti was a pleasure from start to finish. The entire process of selling my property was absolutely straightforward, flexible, and always solution-oriented. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful, professional exposé and the excellent accessibility of the friendly couple. Thanks to their excellent network in Ticino, they found the absolute top buyer couple for my property. Anyone looking for a professional, warm, and successful real estate service in Ticino is in the very best hands with Fabienne and Damiano Bertolotti. Thank you for this great effort!"

Top service throughout the entire sales process. We were continuously informed about the new status. Appointments were kept and carried out. The communication was always clear and understandable. Our needs were taken seriously. Christian Vetsch has a pleasant manner with clients. The documentation online and on paper was detailed and the property was well presented. The sale was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Thank you very much to Christian Vetsch.

When we sold our house and were under a lot of time pressure, we thought it was impossible. We were looking for suitable support and we found it in Carine Keller; she is very competent and very pleasant. Her guidance throughout the entire process was sensational. Thanks to Carine Keller and the entire Immo Vermarktung team, we were able to realize our desired price. We would immediately choose the whole team from Immo Vermarktung Keller again, highly recommended. Thank you for everything

The purchase of our property went absolutely smoothly from start to finish thanks to Giorgio Frei. I particularly appreciated his proactive work style, quick communication, and high reliability. Questions were always answered promptly, information was presented transparently, and the next steps were clearly communicated. At all times, there was a feeling that he had the process under control and was actively taking care of all the details. This is incredibly valuable, especially when buying real estate. I would work with Mr. Frei again at any time and can recommend him without reservation.
