As an independent executor, I had the opportunity to oversee another house sale by Schnyder VST Immobilien AG, 8754 Netstal. Ms. Gabriela Schnyder and Mr. Markus Schnyder, along with their team, have done an excellent job. Their conscientious and proactive approach from the property appraisal to the contract signing is exemplary and is based on a model customer service in every respect. Grade: Summa cum laude With kind regards and in gratitude for your impactful services

I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. This is definitely not a given in the real estate sector! I will be very happy to work with Thomas Becker and the GCT team again on future projects.

The listing was clearly marked with "NO BROKER" - Nevertheless, unsolicited contact by Cora Richter - Spam messages received multiple times - No concrete information about buyers, only an offer for a "non-binding" phone call - Request to not receive broker contacts was ignored **Conclusion:** Not recommended.

The collaboration with Ms. Egger was very warm, open, and extremely competent. After the first contact, we felt great trust in her and knew that it would go well. Ms. Egger always informed us openly and straightforwardly and worked for us with great dedication. We would like to congratulate new clients of Ms. Egger, as they have now engaged a competent person with a lot of expertise. It was simply a good, honest collaboration, and we would like to sincerely thank Ms. Egger for that.
