The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.
