Very competent and friendly real estate expert. A man of the profession and highly recommended.
As an independent executor, I had the opportunity to oversee another house sale by Schnyder VST Immobilien AG, 8754 Netstal. Ms. Gabriela Schnyder and Mr. Markus Schnyder, along with their team, have done an excellent job. Their conscientious and proactive approach from the property appraisal to the contract signing is exemplary and is based on a model customer service in every respect. Grade: Summa cum laude With kind regards and in gratitude for your impactful services
I purchased a property through GCT, Thomas Becker, and subsequently rented it out through them. Thomas Becker and the GCT team have completely convinced me. From the purchase to the renovation and rental, I was able to rely on his extensive experience at any time and always received very valuable and honest assessments. The communication was consistently efficient, straightforward, and at the same time very professional - you can tell that someone is thinking along. I would particularly like to highlight how Thomas Becker and the team work: always fair, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on a win-win for all parties. This is definitely not a given in the real estate sector! I will be very happy to work with Thomas Becker and the GCT team again on future projects.
Marco Heule handled the evaluation and sale of the LG for us. We always felt well advised, he took the time for us and informed us transparently. We can highly recommend Marco as a real estate marketer! - Thank you for your support.
From the viewing to the signing of the purchase contract - top competent and pleasant support from Mr. Guntli. My absolute recommendation. Thank you very much and please keep it up! 👏
