I bought an apartment in Arosa from Homevision GmbH, which the company previously renovated extensively and professionally. I am extremely satisfied with the result. The high-quality execution, the careful design, and the great attention to detail show how much expertise and passion went into this renovation. The entire purchasing process was also very pleasant and professional. I felt well advised at all times, my questions were answered clearly, and the handling was transparent and reliable. This gave me a good and secure feeling when buying the apartment. I feel completely comfortable in my apartment and look forward to my decision every day. A heartfelt thank you to the team at Homevision GmbH for the beautiful apartment and the personal support. I can warmly recommend Homevision from my own experience.

I handled the sale of my property with two apartments through Schilt Immobilien and was very satisfied with the entire collaboration. From the first meeting to the successful completion, the sale was accompanied in a professional, reliable, and straightforward manner. I particularly appreciated the personal support, the good accessibility, and the open communication throughout the entire sales process. Whenever I had questions, I received competent and understandable information at any time. I would hire Schilt Immobilien again at any time and can confidently recommend the team.

Ramon accompanied us excellently throughout the entire sales process. We particularly appreciated his open and transparent communication, his reliability, and his extraordinary professionalism. He kept us informed at all times, took the time to answer all our questions, and explained every step clearly. What particularly distinguishes Ramon is his sensitivity to people. He addresses the individual needs of his clients, listens attentively, and always finds an appropriate and solution-oriented approach even in challenging situations. It is evident that he cares not only about sales success but also about the well-being of his clients. We were also impressed that he always thought one step ahead. Many clarifications – for example, regarding important documents or legal details – he had already completed before any questions even arose. This made us feel secure and well taken care of at all times. We sincerely thank Ramon for his great commitment, his patience, and his excellent support. We would appoint him again for a property sale at any time and can absolutely recommend him.
