We met Andrea in May 2025, he personally guided us step by step with an incredible amount of professionalism and patience. He allowed us to negotiate with the landowners and succeed in this great project, and not least to find the most suitable builder for the project like IG, and to avoid finding ourselves in difficulty. I highly recommend the company S&L and Andrea. We will always be grateful to him!
"Five stars with full conviction! The collaboration with Fabienne Daul-Bertolotti and Damiano Bertolotti was a pleasure from start to finish. The entire process of selling my property was absolutely straightforward, flexible, and always solution-oriented. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful, professional exposé and the excellent accessibility of the friendly couple. Thanks to their excellent network in Ticino, they found the absolute top buyer couple for my property. Anyone looking for a professional, warm, and successful real estate service in Ticino is in the very best hands with Fabienne and Damiano Bertolotti. Thank you for this great effort!"
We were able to sell our vacation home in Ticino with L.C. Despite the difficult situation with a right of first refusal and a very long holding period to meet the deadlines, L.C. was always able to support us and handled the mediation, collaboration with the notary, and the buyers very professionally. He also remained calm in hectic situations and mediated very well among the parties. We would use L.C. and his services again anytime if we needed to sell something.
Well prepared, kind, and professional, thank you for your commitment
We purchased a rustic property mediated by Immibiliare SL SA. We found the employee Loris Calvarese to be very pleasant, reliable, clear, and supportive. Highly recommended.

He exceeded our expectations with his availability and professionalism, guiding us every step of the way with attention and care. We highly recommend Stefan to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate agent!
