We bought our single-family home in Zullwil through Mr. Baran Demir. Top advice, very honest and warm. Everything perfectly organized from the first appointment to the notary. Clear 5 stars - anytime again! ☺️
Mr. Stirnimann has already assisted us for the second time with a real estate sale. He is extremely professional and factual. We are very satisfied and can highly recommend him.
Markus supported us very professionally. He is also great on a personal level; he is very reliable. We can only recommend newprop AG.
We were very satisfied with the collaboration. The sale of our apartment was accompanied professionally, transparently, and reliably. The communication was always clear and very friendly. We felt very well taken care of. A dedicated agent whom we would gladly recommend.
After our trust in the previous agent was shaken by numerous negative experiences, we decided to work with Freddy Fallegger. His personable nature and many years of sales experience completely convinced us and corrected the negative image of agents. Freddy Fallegger managed to successfully sell our house in just 2.5 months, which his predecessor could not achieve in 9 months. We would gladly use the services of Freddy Fallegger as an agent again at any time. Keep it up, Freddy Fallegger!
Whenever we had questions, we always received a response in a short time, or if she didn't know, she clarified it very quickly. She also did not put any pressure on us regarding the property for sale. Her knowledge about the property was very good, and she handled everything very well.
We purchased our condominium off-plan through Living Estates and were excellently advised by Mr. Philipp Schlatter. From the first conversation to the notarization, he accompanied us competently, transparently, and always friendly. He explained plans, construction descriptions, and documents clearly, answered questions quickly, and we also received helpful support with financing. We particularly appreciated his honesty. Thank you very much, Mr. Schlatter, absolutely recommendable!
Ms. Sarah Hoffmann successfully sold our apartment. With a lot of patience and great competence, Sarah Hoffmann supported us and handled everything. We can highly recommend her and would also like to sincerely thank Sarah Hoffmann in this way!
