Mr. Munka brought my rented, furnished 25 sqm 1.5-room apartment to market with great commitment and expertise. The homeowners' association offers a variety of large and very beautiful communal areas, so the usable space significantly exceeds the pure living area. Therefore, and due to the very high-quality furnishings, the purchase price I expected was significantly above the banks' lending value. As a result, the sales mandate was above average demanding.
